These mailing bags are made from biodegradable and compostable materials, which helps to reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. Designed to be environmentally friendly, they are also functional and attractive for our customers... What a win-win situation!
For us at the Coffee Bean Roasting House, Hero Packaging’s mailing bags are ideal for shipping and delivering our coffee beans, ground coffee and other products. Why? Well, by choosing Hero Packaging, our team is happily working towards our goal to reduce our environmental impact, while also still being able to conveniently provide you with our high-quality product in style.
When receiving your order, you can compost the mailing packaging in 4 easy steps:
1. Remove labels or tape
Make sure to remove anything stuck to the mailbag, including adhesive, labels or tape.
2. Cut into strips
Cutting the bag into small pieces will make it easier for it to break down!
3. Place into compost bin
The mail bag acts as ‘brown’ materials, similar to leaves and paper
4. Rotate and aerate it
Every few days, rotate the compost so oxygen can flow through
