Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site, so we have a 14-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site, and the products are in as-new condition and in their original packaging, please contact us via our contact us page within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date.

Please note:

  • Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition, including all original packaging.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • All equipment warranties are back to our office of purchase
  • Items purchased online can be exchanged at Coffee Bean Roasting House Offices with proof of purchase (15 Douglas Mawson Road, Dubbo 2830 or 64 Dampier Street, Tamworth 2340.
  • Additional restocking or repatriation costs may apply (i.e. 10% restocking fee) on returns.
  • If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the Site or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit, once the above criteria has been fulfilled; at the discretion of The Coffee Bean Roasting House.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
