Shipping Rate We have a flat shipping fee of $15AUD which covers shipping Australia wide.
Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. The Coffee Bean Roasting House posts all orders within 24 to 48 hours of ordering ‘In Stock’ items. Items not in stock at time of ordering will ship within 24 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Most Australia Post deliveries will arrive within five business days of the shipping date. Please contact us for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order confirmation.
Outside of Australia: We do not ship outside of Australia.
Once you have placed your order and completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the item purchased, your details and your order number. Please make sure you have checked your Spam/Junk folder. If you have not received the email, contact us immediately.
Items in stock will be shipped within the following 24 – 48 hours of receiving payment for your order.
Items not in stock will be ordered once payment is received and shipped within 24 hours following the items lead time (the time it takes for the item to arrive at our warehouse).

We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post and at times use alternative Couriers, which means a signature may be required upon delivery. Please make sure you check the estimated time of arrival for your item and are available to sign for it upon delivery. Otherwise, the item will be taken back to the nearest Australian Post office or depot. With Australia Post deliveries, you should receive notification from Australia Post directly and at this time can request for your delivery to be left or rerouted.
