Jack Murat, Australian

From the sunlit plains of Mareeba in Far North Queensland, this coffee is grown by Jack Murat, one of Australia's leading specialty producers. Nestled in the Atherton Tablelands, the farm benefits from a uniquely Australian terroir: subtropical days, cool nights, and rich red volcanic soils.

The team at Jack Murat focuses on climate-adapted varietals likeSL6, K7, and Catuai, carefully cultivated for this highland plateau. The result? A slow, even ripening cycle and consistently clean cup profile.

This coffee is a limited-release natural anaerobic coffee, fermented for 14 days while fully submerged in water at a controlled temperature. The result is a cup that’s both rich and clean.

This coffee is full-bodied with low acidity and natural sweetness. It’s a standout example of careful fermentation done right - bold yet balanced, expressive but approachable.
