Tea For Health

Extensive research has shown that tea is beneficial to health in a large number of ways. Tea is rich in antioxidant flavonoids, some of which are thought to have extensive health benefits. The powerful antioxidant EGCG is found in highest concentrations in white tea, followed by green tea and black tea.
